Taking advantage of higher resolution display, a smartphone that comes with a WVGA (or Wide VGA) screen will bring you much better experience for internet browsing, books reading or video playback. Here I'll list phones that use WM (Windows Mobile) system and have WVGA screens:

It weights 148 g, which is very close to Acer F900, the heaviest on the list.
P835 uses 528MHz Qualcomm 7201A processor and has 288M RAM.
G-Smart S1200 comes with a 3.1 inches WVGA touchscreen (480 x 800 pixels), using Windows Mobile 6.1/6.5 Professional.
Taking advantage of the small screen, it only weights 102.5 g, which make it the lightest on the list.

HTC Touch Diamond2
Diamond 2 from HTC comes with a 3.2 inches WVGA touchscreen (480 x 800 pixels), using Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional and TouchFLO 3D interface as its system.
It is quite small and just 117.5 g in weight.
Diamond 2 uses Qualcomm MSM7200A 528 MHz processor, and has 288 MB RAM.

X1, weights 145 g. Given the fact that it has a built-in full QWERTY keyboard, it is forgivable.

Although it has such a big screen, it is very thin (9.9mm), and lightweight (129 g).
